Studio 1680 is my recording facility located in Laval, Quebec. It originally started out as my personal writer's
studio and I did not intend to use it for the production of other artists but in 2007 after demoing and listening to
several new tunes for the new Nanette Workman blues album, both Nanette and I agreed that the quality of sound was definitely
more than adequate to use as the finished product .We agreed to produce the record together at my house. With this new
mindset,I proceeded to start the never ending quest of upgrading the studio in every which way, to allow me to obtain
the best sonic results I could. Studio 1680 was born!
I specialize in a large sound and excel in the Rock format although I am able to get ear grinning results in any genre
from blues to solo/acoustic ballads to bluegrass. Guitar sounds here at 1680 are second to none. Whatever your needs
are, whether you are a songwriter/singer who needs their song arranged and produced or you are a band that
needs a demo to use as a marketing tool or you are looking to record a complete album, I guarantee results that will make
you happy. I engineer, play guitars, bass and drums if needed. I can also provide a roster of world class musicians at extremely
